An Open Letter from Albert M. Greenfield

Dear Friends:

My roots in beautiful Chester County run deep.

It is because of my family’s long history here that I would like to share some background on the Valhalla Brandywine project I’m working to develop on my family’s property, as well as why I have embarked on this unique endeavor. Above all, I want to communicate with you directly about my vision for the development and its potential to enhance our community forever.

Portrait of the Landscape

My father bought the property in 1955 and established it as the Valhalla Brandywine Farm. For 37 years, he served on both the Wallace Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. His commitment to preserving the property’s majestic landscape is a legacy I am dedicated to sharing with neighbors through a truly new kind of lifestyle retreat.

My goal is to help make Wallace Township an even better place to live by providing access to natural recreational opportunities and life enhancing amenities.
